The suit is difernt (Zoom logo was all monochromatic, Black Flash black and red) but he is zoom, dead Zoom to be specific, he became Black Flash A.K.A. the death of speedsters(cause death is too slow to catch them), it's a long story involving the geen lantern corps too, but he is zoom, Barry became the Black Flash too in one of the comics.

That's what I meant. The Black Flash in last night's episode was Zoom after what happened to him in the flash
They really changed him, because he isn't human anymore
