- Lucifer was always bi. He showed it in several different ways in different episodes. Chloe is not dumb, she's always known it. Plus, she's a cop and she lives in LA. She's seen it all, probably.
- Secession talk is just talk, it's illegal to secede from the union. They made sure of that after the Civil War. When Texas Republicans suggest it, it's nothing but blowhard talk. They complained about Obama not doing anything about illegal immigration even though there are plenty of INS workers in Texas. If Texas seceded they'd lose all those federal folks. Yeah, right, Texas is going to secede. In a pig's eye.
- Regardless, it really won't hurt the economy much to lose Texas. They get more in federal aid, than they pay in taxes. It's mostly the northeast and California that prop up the rest of the states.
- The idiot Trump's economic plans already indicate he's going to blow our debt into the stratosphere. He wants to cut taxes to the wealthy, the corporations, and reduce federal aid and let the states - already pretty strapped themselves - to take up the slack. Read again about California and the NW propping up the rest of the country right now. We'll be lucky if Der Trump doesn't have us all speaking Russian by the end of his reign.

No, Calexit is most definitely not just talk. While it probably won't actually happen it's dead serious with Silicon Valley Billionaire funding the ballot measure. I don't think these guys throw away money for fun.

No, Calexit is most definitely not just talk. While it probably won't actually happen it's dead serious with Silicon Valley Billionaire funding the ballot measure. I don't think these guys throw away money for fun.
For them, it's a tax write off.
It's all talk. Texas has several petitions going around every so often, and the GOVERNOR of the state even talks like it's a reasonable option.
Does it happen?
Nope.- It's illegal.
- If Californians think their taxes are high now, wait until they have to foot the bill for everything the feds do now.
- Since California is a major economy in the US, the USA is not going to let it go without a fight. Are Californians ready to take up arms? I don't think so.
- And unless Californians sign a treaty with NATO pretty dang fast, Russia will be happy to step in and take over.

Oh, but I will say, the guy who's putting up the million bucks to get the intiative on the ballot isn't writing it off his taxes. Political expenses, donations, etc. are not deductible in the US.
And, as the 5th largest economy in the world, as I've said more than once, the US will be hurting without OUR dollars, not the other way around. Where do you think the Federal money those red states rely on comes from, anyway?

I really doubt a millionaire is going to make public his tax shelters.

You're missing a couple of things.
a) Lucifer is like no one else she's ever met. So, she knows the rules don't apply to him.
b) This is LA. So, bi is the norm.
c) There's more to her than a normal person, because of her parents being blessed by an angel.

Some of you act like being bi/gay isn't normal any where else, but L.A, but it is. People are just too scared to be themselves in public in places like Texas. There are plenty of bis/gays there and in the south and conservative areas. PLENTY! If they could come out safely it would be normal every where.
