I gave up on this show during the Damien Darhk arc. I liked the other seasons but that one was a hot mess IMO. How is it now? Should I start watching again?
Please tell me they stopped switching between now and constant flashbacks to the island. That was done to death by the 3rd season, and had served it's purpose well, but they just kept coming up with more outlandish stuff that went on during that time.

This is the last season if flashbacks next season won't have them unless we have flashbacks to season 1

Better than seasons 3/4, but not as good as 1/2.
