Cat's absence is the worst thing about S2, and has hurt the show a lot.

It lost its heart and soul when Cat Grant left. It feels very empty and lost without Cat. The show now has a very dark hue to it that makes me feel claustrophobic and depressed. It is too bleak. On CBS it was bright and had an air of optimism. It made me feel happy and hopeful. The CW version is dreadful.
They need Calista Flockhart's energy back and some major tweaks before the audience jumps ship.

I don't miss her. Snapper has been an improvement. If anything, the problem is that we don't get to see enough of him.

I'm glad to see a Hispanic actor, but he's one note. They should have left James a civilian and have him be like a Perry White.
Good job Oscars! Hopefully Asian and Hispanic nominees in 2018!
