That is a scandal, if you can use that word about a postponement of a TV-show.
We get to see Jessica in Defenders, but still! One of the best series ever is treated like this.

It's the way the production schedule is going. They've got a busy 2017 lineup composed of Iron Fist, the Defenders, and The Punisher. This means that season 2 of Jessica Jones and season 3 of Daredevil won't be until 2018.

i get that, but DC has 5 tv shows at the same time (really crappy ones though - Arrow, Flash, Losers of Tomorrow, Gotham, Supergirl) so I understand that it cannot be compared, but seriously waiting 3 years for next season is too much (especially since first season had good critiques). I guess bad critiques for second season of Daredevil made Marvel/Netflix focus on new projects, then continue JJ this year

It's not a postponement. The plan was always to show the first four solo shows first, then the team-up then go from there. Daredevil season 2 was a bonus but they can't do that for every show/character.
The solo shows are each unique but think of it more like one big story.
