Or did Hack "peak" with this film?

I hold grave fears for this movie with hack behind the camera. Very poor choices have been made in nearly every aspect of this sh!tty universe so far. Stinks of a panicked rush job to cash in on marvel's success.
I mean really? A movie with batman, superman and wonder woman in it, how on earth do you fck that up? The three most famous and popular comic book characters of all time? -

I don't think so even if the movie is crap yet again. Batman V Superman was a massive title for DC and it was one of the most highly anticipated movies for DC fans, something they had wanted for years. Justice League wont have the same amount of anticipation behind it especially for the general audience and people are used to the lack of quality in the DCEU by now I would imagine.

Considering BVS nor MOS is widely hated (they are actually liked by GA and critics now that the UC is out),
Can you source where you are getting the opinion that the movie is liked by the general audience and critics now the UC is out please CaptainBatman.
Lets look at what the critics are actually saying about the UC
Colliders Steve Weintraub argues that it does solve tons of little things which didnt make sense in the original release so instead of a dozen problems, Im only frustrated by a few things and its a lot easier to forgive a few things than a dozen. Again, not exactly high praise but beleaguered fans will have to take what they can get.
Vultures Abraham Riesman notes that some of it clarifies previously confusing plot points, but a lot of it just provides information one could pretty easily infer. That said, there are some delightful though not always intentionally delightful additions to the brood-fest.
TheWrap, Phil Owen calls the new version a major triumph and asks why the new footage was excised in the first place. Lo and behold, he continues, somehow Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has become something that approaches a functional movie.
The Independent, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: Ultimate Edition, review: Three hours to tell a story about two men in spandex punching each other, no thanks
Adding half an hour of build-up does little to save Zack Snyder's second Superman film
Does not seem like critics were that impressed, while most agree that it does improve on the terrible TC I am not getting the impression they actually like the movie here are you?

Yeah, give me a bit of time. Hopefully we can communicate better than that "We Won the War" troll.
Thing is CaptainBstman it took me no time to locate the critics opinions on the UC I just searched for Batman V Superman UC reviews and that was all I needed to do. I did not go delving past anything more than the first page of the google search. I am sure with time you may find a few positive reviews if you dig around enough but does that not tell you something if you need to dig around to find positive reviews when you don't for negative ones?

And here we go (some reference are slightly outdated, this is an argument that has been used in the past, but it isn't significantly outdated. Some scores could have gone down or up):
Here's my big paragraph of references to audiences liking BVS: Here's a list of sites BVS was rated at: 7.2 on Metacritic (higher than Star Wars 7), 6.9 (positive) on IMDB, 7.4/10 on RT, 5th highest CBM of ALL TIME on CB.com (place where both Marvel and DC fans hang out), overall positive from most fans, B from Cinemascore which is decent (when not compared to others) and around 60% positive, 30% mixed and 10% negative from Twitter users reacting to BVS. Here's the link if you don't believe me: http://variety.com/2016/film/box-office/batman-v-superman-social-media-1201743825/ . It also made bank. Everything here shows that most liked BVS. To say that the audience disliked it is just not right. At worst, they viewed it as ok. And that was for the theatrical release. The Ultimate Edition got even better response from the people who saw it. For the critics with the UC, I don't claim that critics all of a sudden love it. Just that now it's passable to many (that would have significantly increased it's RT score by 30-40%) and really liked by some who originally disliked it (Jon Schnepp being a fantastic example.).
And BVS destroyed home media, having 1st week blu ray sales only matched in history by Star Wars 7. It was also #1 for 4 weeks in a row which is exceptional. -

I doubt it, with BvS there was a lot of anticipation based on snyder bullsh!tting the masses claiming he heard the negatives about MoS and all would be corrected in the follow up, just to serve an even bigger mess with BvS that proved he didn't listen to anyone but the voices in his head.
With JL, I think anyone with a working brain has come to realize that snyder's favorite position is being ridden because he can only fck up. the trailers look like trash, suicide squad was trash, about the only thing people are looking forward to is WW because snyder won't touch it, but 3 films in, all trash, most sane people gave up hope so when JL drops and sucks, people will just say "toldja so" and not bother working up any hatred for the film. Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

I would argue that JL will be yet another sh.t fest,,,
Bah, to Hell with it: IT WILL BE ANOTHER SH.T FEST

I think expectations are so low that this movie will be seen as a bit of improvement. I've lost all faith in the dceu. The same team behind bvs is behind JL. How can people get excited? Even johns said they rushed to the hope bc of bvs backlash. So that means the story and characters are rushed as well. Not a good sign.

If DC can screw up it's own characters with New 52, then Zack certainly can screw up even more than he already has.
The trailer shows it's not any better with Flash needing friends and Gal/Wonder woman in the teaser and BTS hitting her bracelets on everything short of peoples foreheads.
Making that ridiculous face. Not even sexy.
And Cyborg is a joke of a character. If they needed a Black face just add Martian Manhunter.
