If you hate the original comics, maybe.
If I did, I wouldn't be spending thousands of dollars every year on "Marvel Masterworks" books and Marvel's Omnibuses.

Isn't Rebirth yet another company wide reboot of the comics? How many reboots have DC done in the last decade? 3? 4?

None. DC actually stops everything and starts over. Marvel only changes a few characters, but the world is still the same.

Welcome to the world of business.
A business I am happy to see X-Men escape when it had the chance. It would have been a disaster if Disney had the rights to X-Men movies.

You'd no longer be able to enjoy ashamed CBMs?

It would Wolverine and Deadpool would be rated PG-13, kiddie movies, when comics are rated R'sh.

Deadpool is not a part of the X-Men film rights.

No he is not. Fox bought the film rights to X-Men during the 90s. They didn't buy the film rights to Deadpool until 2005. Doesn't matter if he was a member of X-Force, because Deadpool has also teamed up with The Avengers a bunch of times as well.
