"Your opinion is proof that opinions can be wrong"
How can you even begin to make that sort of statement?
The film hasn't even been released!
Your opinion is just as easily "wrong", you solipsistic idiot.
All I said was this looks like a pile of 5hit. That's my opinion of the TRAILER.
It even uses the cliched and overused "Hurt" cover by Johnny Cash.
Its also quite clear this is a repackaged "Old Man Logan".
Why on earth they feel this is a good adaptation to make is beyond me. But I guess they are just carrying on Fox's track record of completely mishandling this character.
Its even directed by Mangold again. And his past outing with Wolverine sucks too.
And also: how did you jump to the conclusion I wanted SFX and CGI??
You are commenting like you KNOW this is the most human film and ISN'T full of CGI.
    Things you can't possibly know.
    Get a grip.

We were discussing the TRAILER not the movie, and this coming from someone who posted that the entire MOVIE didn't meet expectations based on a trailer (a jaw dropping trailer)So you just argued your entire point into being moot..Also, yes your OPINION about this trailer is wrong, just like someone's (random hillbilly) OPINION that homosexuality is wrong, is also a wrong opinion.. See opinions can be wrong.. Case in point..

You just compared a serious issue to a movie that will be largely forgotten about weeks after it hits cinemas.
        That was sarcasm

Can you not read? I didn't compare the issues I used one issue as an example that opinions can be wrong. Using something as an example isn't comparing said example to the reason I had to use it.. Examples by definition are extreme observances to an original point, not meant to belittle the example used.. I wouldn't think I would have to explain that to any rational person, but hey it's the internet, so there are no rational people Here is the definition of example(
          example
          [ig-zam-puh l, -zahm-]
          Synonyms
          Examples
          Word Origin
          Full Definition of example
1 : one that serves as a pattern to be imitated or not to be imitated
2 : a punishment inflicted on someone as a warning to others; also : an individual so punished
3 : one that is representative of all of a group or type
4 : a parallel or closely similar case especially when serving as a precedent or model
5 : an instance (as a problem to be solved) serving to illustrate a rule or precept or to act as an exercise in the application of a rule
There you go buddy, just so in the future you know examples aren't COMPARISONS.

Go back and read the OP. You're making 5hit up as you go along pal.
Your assertion that some opinions are wrong is utterly devoid of perspective.
What one person believes to be right or wrong can be the polar opposite of someone else's. This is dependent on many factors; upbringing, religious beliefs, intellect or taste - just to name a few.
The fact that you think your opinion is more accurate and "right" than someone else's probably just says a lot about you.

Opinions can be wrong if they're based entirely on bias. Yours is based on bias and your blind love for the idiotic MCU, which is far from being respectful to the source material and is nothing but generic popcorn flicks.
Because of this, your opinion is wrong.
              Some BODY once told me.

Because they embraces the stuff that Fox is ashamed of (costumes, aliens, monsters, characters who have flaws and act like people)?

They didn't want to make Deadpool, and they did all they could to bury the film before release. Any success that film had, it didn't come from FOX.
Logan will wuss out, as FOX is actually part of the production.

They put it in February, which is traditionally when studios dump films they knew would suck beforehand. And the Marketing Campaign was minimal and got the exposure it did thanks to Ryan Reynolds himself doing it.

                                    1. Not as much as Jan and Feb are. Those are the dead zones.
                                    2. Says who? Just because Nice Guys didn't make a ton of cash doesn't mean anything.
District 9 was a Summer blockbuster rated R and it was a massive hit.

The trailer gave me expectations I never knew I had.
This is the first comic "superhero" movie I have ever looked forward to.
I have a low tolerance for all the family-friendly
/Disney-safe comedy/drama of the typical noisy CGI-fest superhero movie. I saw Ant-Man the other day and I could swear I was watching a combined sequel to A Bug's Life and Honey I Shrunk The Kids.
                                      SPIRAL OUT!..KEEP GOING!

I have read many reactions elsewhere on social media to the effect that many grew up (physically) with the tale of Wolverine and his co-XMen over the years. Now that many have reached adulthood, isn't it even more likely that their entertainment choices would tend to be have a more dose of realism?
This trailer has given many hints as to how this new movie fare may be hewing to that changing taste in films for its original audiences.
Many are looking forward to this movie because of that promise!
