Everyone forgives Oliver because lets face it he is hot! Look at Laurel, he cheated on her with HER SISTER and she still loved him like to her last breath, she was even willing for fight by his side and get killed. Women on this show are crazy!

Everything negative that happens between 'em, just hiccups before they inevitably get back together.
She'll blame Prometheus for the death. Her and Oliver will hookup again. And Felicity will be all like "Billy Malone who?" after a while.
