The time is November 5, 2026..
The American economy has collapsed, people have stopped using US dollars as an international currency, and Russia/China are at war with the USA - backed by Middle East oil. Also, martial law has been declared by President KAYNE WEST, including concentration camps for almost everyone who's poor - including you.
If Barry could go back in time and change the Trump / Clinton election, ( knowing about Flashpoint ), should he?

The timeline you're talking about sounds like a warmonger Clinton victory, so yes, he probably should.
