I feel like you're actually only talking about the 2nd amendment… which is incredibly outdated.
Now to address a previous comment you made in your post:

Well first off, that can actually happen in America. If the government were to decide to take all of our guns away, there really isn't anything we can do about it. The US military has far more advanced weaponry. I guarantee you if the people in this country decided to revolt, we'd be effortlessly put down.
Secondly – though this is really just making the same point I made earlier – to assume that only citizens of other countries are at risk of not being able to fight back if their freedoms are taken away and yours is immune to these risks is proof of the fact that you are a brainwashed tit.

You are ignorant of the truth of American exceptionalism. First, in other countries if a weapons confiscation order comes down the military will obey. If such an order came down in America you'd instantly lose at least 85-90% or the military. I am former Army. If someone in authority above me had give such an order I'd have smiled said "Yes Sir!" then put a bullet in his head first chance I got. We take an oath to uphold our constitution. Yes, we also pledge to obey those in authority above us but our first and primary loyalty is to the constitution. Period. Any order that violates that constitution so blatantly would foster instant insurrection. Likewise you would lose at least 60% of the police force.
But let's be generous let's assume you keep 100% of both police and military. Never friggin happen but hey it's your fairytale so let's explore it. Now on one hand yes the military has armor, planes, satellites, etc. But it always comes down to manpower. Now one of the most popular fairytales of the gun control fanatics is that the 2nd amendment is outdated. This is where the lie is exposed.
During WWII the Japanese dismissed the idea of an invasion of the american mainland because as they phrased it "there would be a rifle behind every blade of grass". The American military is nearly 2 million men. There are at least 77 million American gun owners. That is more than double the size of all the worlds armies combined. Look at what some poorly armed Islamists did to our fancy toys in Iraq and Afghanistan. That was only about 1-200,000 insurgents in nations smaller than Texas. The IED's they were building in those primitive villages? The average american garage has more tools for building devices of mayhem than those entire villages. The average american is also far better armed than the average american soldier. Our men at arms are mainly equipped with weapons based on a 60yr old design manufactured by the lowest bidder. Military standards of accuracy call for weapons capable of putting ten rounds inside of a man sized target at 300 yards. Civilian weapons are far higher grade and far more accurate. They are also usually much fancier with additional accessories and capabilities that standard military issue simply doesnt have. They are also often higher caliber. Comparing the two is like comparing an old Buick to a fancy souped up truck or performance sports car.
American military vs American militia? No contest. Militia wins every time hands down. They have the numbers they have more and better guns. They have literally trillions of rounds more ammo. They can easily cripple power and communication hubs. They can melt into the rest of the population. Most of them are hunters who live in rural areas. In the guerilla war that this would turn into the military could bomb every town and city in America to rubble. Basically ruin the whole country and still be outnumbered and outgunned. So no. The 2nd amendment is FAR, FAR from outdated. You were dazzled by all the fancy stuff the army has without accounting for the harsher realities. Effortless? You don't have a ****ing clue what you're talking about.

It takes a certain personality type to want to even think about feeling they need a firearm to feel secure in case of attack. Go into defense mode and then one is attacking as well.
Last century was sick as f<>k, ruined by elitist ruling class and royals to keep the then current status quo intact. Progress via military technology and seen as a representation of power is ****ed up. Only a sick psychopathic mindset would accept this form of egoism.

Gun law in Ukraine
Ukrainian law allows firearm ownership on may-issue basis. With approximately 10 civilian firearms per 100 people, Ukraine is the 88th most armed country in the world per capita, and 22nd overall.
Law
Ukraine is the only country in Europe where firearms are not regulated by statute. Everything related to firearms is regulated by Order №622 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Citizens are permitted to own non-fully automatic rifles and shotguns as long as they are stored properly when not in use.
Handguns are illegal except for target shooting, those who hold concealed carry permits, and handguns awarded for service.[1] Concealed carry licenses are available, but are not normally issued unless a threat to life is present and can be proven.[2]
A license is required to own firearms, and a citizen may be issued a license if that person:
is 25 years of age for rifle ownership, 21 years of age for smoothbore weapon ownership, 18 years of age for cold or pneumatic weapon ownership;
has no criminal record;
has no history of domestic violence;
has no mental illness or history of mental illness;
has a good reason (target shooting, hunting, collection).
Once a license is issued, all guns must be kept unloaded and in a safe.
Because of the lack of statutes regarding firearm ownership, authorities have great discretion when giving firearm licenses. The president and ministers often give guns to members of the elite, while making it hard for ordinary people to obtain them. It is estimated that more than 50,000 guns have been issued as presents from authorities.[3]
Gun owners are required by order to renew their licenses and registration of their guns every three years. Failure to comply will result in revocation of the license, as well as confiscation of guns. There is a 10-round magazine limit for rifles.[4]
Limited categories of citizens like People's Deputies of Ukraine, judges, journalists and some others may own trauma pistols that fire rubber bullets.
On February 23, 2022, following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine and a declaration of a state of emergency the Ukrainian parliament approved a law which gives citizens the right to carry weapons outside their homes for the purpose of self defense
On February 24, 2022 Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said "We will give weapons to anyone who wants to defend the country. Be ready to support Ukraine in the squares of our cities" in a tweet. As of February 26, 2022 over 25,000 automatic rifles, 10 million rounds of ammunition and unknown numbers RPGs have been handed out to civilians according to Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky. All one needs to get a rifle is an I.D. card. Open training has been organized for civilians by war veterans throughout Kyiv.
Firearm ownership
According to the database of the National Police of Ukraine there are 892,854 registered firearms in Ukraine as of July 31, 2018.[13] Small Arms Survey estimates that there are 3,596,000 illegal firearms in Ukraine as of 2017.[14]
Politics
The political parties Svoboda, Right Sector and National Corps have the position that the population should keep and bear arms, as in the United States.[15][16][17][18]
