when Arrow returns January 25th with chapter 9, Who are you, We'll find that Ollie saw Laurel or he saw a ghost, Diggle is captured after couple of months as a fugitive for a crime he didn't commit, The Green Arrow need to find the real Prometheus after he accidentally killed Malone who's dressed in Prometheus' costume with mouth taped up as he used him as a decoy.
