I just have to say how much I enjoyed seeing Rebecca DeMornay back and how great that scene was. Little Penelope Decker looking the Goddess of All Creation right in the eye and putting her in her place. lol
Another of my favorite scenes with her is when Lucifer tries to comfort her at the trial by saying the second time around might not be as bad, like "butt stuff".
The look on her face is priceless. It goes by pretty fast in real time, but people have made GIFs of it and it's honestly hilarious as what he says registers with her.
I wasn't so sure in her first episode, but I think she was a great casting choice as Chloe's mom. Maybe she can teach Lucifer's mom a thing or two about being a parent?

Riiight, she wasn't that great a parent herself. Put lots of pressure on her daughter to be something she didn't want to be. Never around.
I know, right? Comparatively speaking, we all know Mum is worse, but Penelope doesn't and her attempt to be self-righteous is laughable.

Geez, guys. Wasn't suggesting mother of the year award for Mama Decker. But Penelope was making an accurate observation about Charlotte and her idea of motherhood. Was nice to see someone finally put mom in her place, and for her to actually think about it for a second.
