Really hard to know what her ultimate plan is but judging by that evil smile at the end up to the heavens it's nothing good. She made that comment she wants her home back - so you might be on to something. But I don't know how she's going to achieve that from the earth.
It's going to be interesting seeing her interactions with her sons especially once Uriel shows up. It was hinted at that she isn't the big bad so maybe she isn't the only one who escaped hell and perhaps she partners up with someone really evil to attempt to achieve her mission - however I think if it becomes dangerous to her kids she will back out of it. -

someone really evil?
I thought that was lucifer until now, even however they try to portray him.
But they keep on trying to underplay him, I'm still hoping to see some supernatural badass scenes for lucifer though
Also It's already second season and there's not much of a great stunt yet, so I'm not sure either -

If the Bible were any kind of guide to this show, Lucifer was a fallen angel. Suggesting that at one point in time Lucifer understood goodness. The rebellion in Heaven was an act of evil and he was cast out.
So if Lucifer is exploring his good side in this series, there might be some reflection of what he was before being cast out. -

Yeah rebelling against a psychopathic tyrant mass murderer misogynist and homophobic jealous god is clearly evil -

This isn't Bible Lucifer. He didn't try to replace God. He wanted free will for all angels. That was his rebellion and I wouldn't call it evil.
If we believe what mum said. God wanted him dead and it was her choice to send him to Hell instead. -

I didn't buy that either. I have no clue what her end game is but can't wait to see it unfold.
If there is even a bigger badder entity out there, why isn't Lucifer afraid of him/her/it? The only one he was supposed to be afraid of is Mom. -

It is possible that Lucifer is simply unaware. After all, he's been out of the realm of the game for a while now. Circumstances or entities might well have changed since last he was up on all the latest goings-on.
It's also looking very possible that the other storyline that makes Mum's appearance not the main point of the season is the fall/transformation of Lucy's older brother. Since that is a currently evolving development, Lucifer would not know to be afraid - yet. -

and how exactly would there be someone bigger and badder than his mother being that his dad is a god of creation and his mom is a goddess of creation. they created the angels and god created the universe. meaning the two of them were the most powerful beings in the universe.
