I have an idea when given Mace's next orders, my/Fitz's response will be along the lines of, "You're not the boss of me. If you want me to do that, you can tell Coulson and if he thinks it's a good idea we'll do it."

Regarding Mace's order to dismantle Aida after this mission, I hope this doesn't create another FitzSimmons wedge like Daisy's transformation. -

It probably won't create a wedge between FitzSimmons. Coulson and Fitz, however, that's another story. Something tells me that Fitz's anger towards Coulson will worsen after this and Coulson has it coming after betraying Fitz once again.

How did he betray Fitz the first time?
By stepping down as Director? Because it was either that or they all go to prison.
Coulson rarely does things without serious consideration about all possible outcomes.
I think he did what he did because, of the the possible ways the Director could find out, it was better to hear it from him.
Also, Coulson knows how Fitz would react. He can deal with being on Fitz hit list if it means taking out an immediate and direct threat.
I'm sure Fitz would get over it eventually if he did end up pissed at Coulson. It would just take time and Fitz seeing it from Coulson's position. -

I like it that all cards are on table now. Too bad that again Mace is too stupid to understand what he is dealing with. AI's are forbidded. AIDA is not an AI. She is a computer. I guess he is now going to dismantle all of Shield's computers as well. Not to mention the toasters. Of course dismanteling her will become a problem. Since she has been influenced by the book.
On the bonus side: he does realize that AIDA can be an important asset. And that he was attrackted to her -
