Wonder Woman is the only good hero that is true to the source material in the DCEU so far, DC better pray they finally got it right with that "Wonder Woman" movie cause MOS, BVS, and SS all beep the bed badly.

Drax at the end lmfao. Looks like it will be a very fun and entertaining movie for the whole family, can see it doing well.

They already had me, showing a trailer is just Marvel showing "look everyone we still got this, just showing a little something from our next big hit, we'll see you in the theater when it's out" at this point.
When they can make GOTG, and Ant-Man cool, fun films worth paying to see you know they are giving their A game for each film. Theres a certain standard everyone of their films has to meet and even IM 2 and 3 meet those standards, it's just that fans expected a little more then just meeting the standard they have established.

It's that lesson of don't stray too far from the source.
Some of the changes were welcomed but IM2 and 3 were that reminder, don't stray to far.
But yeah, it's incredible what Marvel has done.
No lie. I picked up an old Squirrel Girl book just to refresh my memory because I know she's coming soon. -

You know Marvel is god damn sure as beep believing in their brand though and I'd bet my left nut that when Squirrel Girl is introduced into the MCU like GOTG people are going to say "ok I can go with this".
The day that people believed and accepted Groot was that "beep test" for Marvel and they passed with a A+.

It's called Marvel looking at that gold medal, saying "that mother beep is ours, infact we are so confident it's ours we are going to take the most unlikely brands from our stable and making them household names".
8 Years later not only are they laughing all the way to the bank but they are now ruling on the small screen as well making more money, more hits, but the big thing that has been consistent is the QUALITY.
Marvel is all about making even their obscure people look badass.
At this point I'd wager the big wigs at Marvel are just one upping each other for who will greelight and have another C list or bellow brand made into an A lister now.

HA! I can see Alan Horn and Kevin Feige in jeans and sport coats digging through a box of old comics.
It's like what ever fans want they try to give them. Fans wanted a Sci fi film- they got it.
Fans wanted Ant-Man on Hawkeye's arrow and they got it.
They wanted Adult and Mature and Marvel hit us all over the head with three different series on Netflix.
It's crazy. I doubted them early on and they proved me wrong at every turn. -

They are also what happens when true fans get the power to make the comic they love live action movies, but have the ability to make it right cause they know it can't be 100% serious all the time, it needs to be funny and light too.
I know this is a long way off if it ever happens but I really really would LOVE to see Marvel get the rights back for Fantastic Four and finally make a good movie for them. It's a reaching dream I know but you can't deny that people would see Fantastic Four is a much better light, they could work wonders for them so easily.

I actually wished FF was in Civil War. So they could go more with Heroes who have identities angle. Not necessarily to fight but be there talking to them.
And also to see Reed and T'Challa interact. They were close in the comics. -

I have to admit when I first found out about the first GOTG I was extremely resilient on going to see it. A talking racoon and a tree I though was never going to appeal to me at all. However I ended up really ended up enjoying the movie. I can not wait to see where they take the film with part 2.

I did not see GOTG in theaters, I waited for it to be on tv because I was not familiar with the characters not for lack of trust in Marvel. After seeing it on tv however I do think I should have just gone to see it on the big screen as it was a very good movie and Marvel has yet to make a film that shakes my trust in them.

I really thought GotG would be Marvel's first flop then figured okay, Ant-man has got to be Marvel's first flop then, Ok, no WAY Dr. Strange will work, here comes their first flop.
At this point, I give up.. bring on Squirrel Girl. Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick
