Also needs Supermans and Martian Manhunters help. It's unrealistic that they weren't invited to the fight. Oh, I forgot, Felicity is there. Nevermind, I'd feel safer with her.

Because the Earth being threatened with destruction matters ONLY IF they can wipe a personal debt off their ledger.

Did Barry meet either Superman or Martian Manhunter? He didn't really have time to be introduced and they wouldn't be automatically trusting to Barry. Also they probably be overprotective to Kara and the situation so she didn't mention it and just bounced.

Maybe not, but Kara knows; she could have said, "Oh, hey, my cousin and my boss are both aliens with basically the same power set I have. Do you think 3 of us would be better than 1? If I call them, it won't take very long to get here. Plus I'd want to call them anyway, so they don't think i just vanished from the face of the Earth. Oh, I can have them bring Mon-El too; he's a Daxamite, which us very similar to a Kryptonian, but he doesn't quite have all the same powers I do."
Then Supes shows up, offers to invite his "friend with a lot of gadgets".
Kara tells him, "Clark, come on, we're fighting an alien invasion; what good is some billionaire playboy with a lot gadgets going to do?"
He lied to us through song! I hate when people do that." -

It makes me think of Deadpool, where he's confronted by Colossus and the other one, and says, "It's like they couldn't afford another X-MEN."
Yeah, Shows and MM should definitely been called up. Of course Superman doesn't get called to help Kara, when he should be; like the fortress being broken into, and Kara needing to destroy Kelex. Also funny how Nate and Amaya stayed on the Waverider the whole time too.
It only gets better when you add in the fact that this week's episode of Supergirl featured a Kryptonite bioweapon that can kill all alien life that isn't Kryptonian (or conveniently human, in spite of them being alien to Kryptonian)
Sure its extreme, but I think the Dominators have pretty much declared war on Earth, so no sense fighting them with kid gloves.

I find it more odd that they didn't have Kara try and get intel from the DEO to give to the nerds so the team could be fully prepped on their abilities, all they had going for them was Kara had kind of heard about them, if your going to universe hop to fight off a threat why not try and bring a alien database with you, not like sharing it can hurt her earth.

Barry never met J'onn, since he was on the run from the law and tracking down Cadmus at the time. This wasn't a calling all Superheroes moment, this was a calling all my friends who are Superheroes moment. Besides, I doubt Manhunter would leave National City unprotected, given all thats been going on.

Again, Barry may not have known MM, but Kara does. And if you're jumping universes to call for help to repel an alien invasion, there should be no half measures; take all the fire power available to you.

You also don't want to leave your own Earth unprotected while you go help a friend with his Earth. If Supergirl takes Superman, Martian Manhunter, Mon-El, and a DEO strike force, who responds to anything crazy happening on her Earth?
