Third Season not available in Canada?

I have not been able to find Batman the Television Series The Complete Third Season for sale in Canada. It is not in any of the stores (HMV, Cinema One, Wal Nart) and even Canadian retail Web sites don't have it listed. Does anyone have any information on this?
