He is trying to branch out, can you blame him? Do you know how hard it is to get a job as a troll? You are typecasted for life!
And he was still better in his role than Luthor.

And it helped make Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice become the 6th highest grossing film this year.

Trust me, it's MUCH more gross than 6th place.
BTW, smart of you to post that NOW, before Fantastic Beasts, Moana and Rogue One are out of theaters.

I had this movie 'on hold' for a month or more now (via library rental). It was just recently shown on HBO. I 'attempted' to watch itand gave up watching it after 5 minutes. The opening scenes of Manhattan being destroyed -in terms of special effects quality and the UBER-UBER unrealistic scale of destruction (so common these days in newer movies) was so insulting dumb and pathetic that it was unreal.
Had I 'tried' to watch this movie in a theater it would've been a 'no-brainer' for me to walk out -even if I had not been eligible for a refund- after 5 minutes or so as well.
I earlier, today, watched Superman IV -a movie I rate somewhat low due to lack of 'realism': Batman vs Superman in first 5 minutes was 10 times more unrealistic; a complete joke.

He did look like the cave troll. I thought he should have had those bony projections right from the beginning, it would have been more effective and made him look more like Doomsday from the start.
