The problem with Letos Joker is everything. Acting, look, mannerisms, how he sounds like.
And that was all up to Ayer, that was the direction he took with Joker, Leto tried alot of voices and Ayer wanted that one, he wanted the tatoos, the fake teeth.

If that is true the tptb at WB are more retarded than I thought. The Joker is the most famous, iconic comic book villain. If your goal is to build a shared universe that works you do not take a villain like the Joker and give it to a noob like Ayer and give him free reign. WTF were they thinking?

The Joker's dialogue was awful and totally unmemorable compared to the other cinematic Jokers.
