His style and humor would be perfect for a Flash movie! He's always been good at being light hearted while throwing in some dark feels when necessary.
The only other director I can actually see to be fitting would have to be Matthew Vaughn or something. Really torn here.

      Definitely Edgar Wright.

Edgar Wright would be better. WB/DC shills, if you're reading this! For god's sake, this is your chance to one up Marvel at something!

Still wanting Adam Wingard, despite the terrible Blair Witch, what he did in The Guest and You're Next is fantastic and can't just be a fluke, both have a good visual style and are darkly comedic. Wright could work, but not sure if WB will give him complete free reign which is the only manner he's done his past projects.

Yep, The Flash would be a good fit for him, or the rumored Booster Gold and Blue Beetle team up movie. I even think he'd be able to do wonderful things with a Constantine solo movie, not necessarily as a JLD ensemble movie though.

Yeah, the Booster and Beetle film is much better for him, the studio will probably let him do what he wants with it since it doesn't have to strongly tie into the JLU.

As much as I'd like Edgar Wright,he simply has too much of a vision.
He'd collide even harder with DC and WB then he did with Marvel over creative issues.

If Marvel were too difficult to work for, I doubt Wright would sign on with DC.
