Nothing. I'm not criticizing. I wasn't fully paying attention to the episode, but from what I saw, Supergirl didn't favor one
side
all that much, and really just brought awareness to the idea of climate change as a topic of interest. -

Well.. We know with the elections they did put a some stuff in there but to be fair, they took shots at all sides and they have certainly done that in other instances as well. As to Climate change skepticism .. (denier isn't the right word and is insulting actually considering it's origins pertaining to the Jewish community and some denying the holocaust even happening) I wouldn't read to much into it.
They are only skimming the surface and as with astra not really putting the radical activism in a good light either. Aside from some stuff regarding feminism they haven't really gotten all preachy. Hope they never do.
