when Alchemy was talking to Wally about granting his greatest desire and firing blue bolts at Flash with his stone it reminded me of Cobalt blue's talisman which allowed him to access the Blue power the Thawnes had that allowed them to fulfill their greatest desires and allowed Cobalt Blue to fire blue blasts and create objects
