He had googles, I was thinking Gizmo at first but I think he was 'Control Freak' !
A villain exclusively created for the show Teen Titans by a comic book writer.
"An overweight and obsessive sci-fi nerd with a souped-up remote control that allows him to manipulate reality and electronics."
