Laurel's death- Dahrk's death

They were both killed in the pretty much the exact same way(sure Laurel got it slower but still), but why was Dahrk who was much stronger all magical and very op killed almost instantly but completely normal Laurel lasted several hours?

Darhk wanted Laurel to suffer and make an example of her to hurt the team and, specifically, to hurt Oliver and Quentin. Oliver just wanted to kill Darhk once and for all and to avenge her death.
Once Darhk lost his powers he was just an ordinary man. So there was nothing special about him. Also I think Laurel was stabbed in the spleen or the lung and Oliver drove the arrow straight through Darhk's heart. -

The hope of forty people empowered Oliver's attack.
And the fact that Dahrk's thugs suddenly decided to ditch their weapons and instead engage in fist-fights with the hopeful Star city citizens! I just have to post the comical Oliver/Dahrk fight once again!
