Do you really feel that it benefits you? I might just be being cynical but it feels like people are trying to commodify their emotions.
Is there a therapeutic benefit to it? Does it improve anything for you?

there’s something therapeutic about vocally expressing myself, too. granted, i could just rant to no one aloud in my apartment, but it’s nicer feeling like someone’s listening.
even irl, i’m the type to get irritated with something and then just kinda sit with anger for way too long, but if i can find someone and be like “can i rant/vent?”, once it’s out, i’m much less irritated after getting things off my chest. -

You just have to post and remember you win some you lose some. Some post will go crazy and some will be dead. Just post and have fun. Don't even worry about it until you start getting paid. Btw sometimes the paid posts are full of ****ery. I was going to promote an item they sent me for free but when I got done making the video the item was unavailable
