Justice League was the sixties.
Justice Society was in the forties though.
The original seven started with Aquaman.
I know.
Namor debuted in 1939.
I know. I never said he was younger.
Every comic book character suffered in terms of sales during each war period they existed. But he was a lead character who was simply teamed with other top characters.
Well he wasn't a lead character after the war either. They sort of forgot about him in the fifties. Then brought him back in the sixties, including a whole story about Johnny Storm looking for him, finding him and then Namor returning home and being furious to discover Atlantis was destroyed in the A-bomb tests while he was gone.
And I recall Aquaman being rebooted several times. People even now bring up Peter David's series. Which was an entirely rebooted version of the character.
Its true, a lot of charters get rebooted. Hence why everyone should be careful about accusations of copying.
Using a cosmic box? What story is this, that predates the discovery of America?
Define cosmic box. Several mythologies feature the idea of opening a box and letting something evil out into are world. I assume you've heard the myth of Pandora.
I would say four thousand years should service.
Or what about the Irish lengends of the Aos Sidhe?
King Arthur who's team died?
After around fifty years yeah. Besides Bedivere, Ghalahad and in some versions Gwain survive.
That's funny.
Is it? Please tell me I seem to have missed the punchline.
Show me a film series that connected three lead heroes and stars, then connected a TV show, that connects a singular story-line. Then we can talk. Otherwise this is a lot of hot air.
You said bringing heroes together. I pointed out that happens a lot.
Really the idea it al connects to a singular story-line is a bit of a con.
Cyborg is a direct copy of Deathlok, right down to his signature red eye. I mean, you must not read a lot of this stuff. If not, ask questions, don't assume it's erroneous simply because it's lost on you.
Well I'm not seeing it, but I'll let it lie cause I admittedly don't know much about him.
It's coping, but in a bad way
Sure. After all a couple of vague similarities here and there, and naturally its a clear case, anyone could see it.
And Thanos and Darkseid are copies of each other to the point they were referred to as cosmic brothers.
Curious about that. Honestly I never saw the similarities.
They have completely different backstories, plotlines, ideologies and treatments.
Though I have to wonder how you figure Darseid is a copy of Thanos.
I'm hoping DC trashes any thing related to Darkseid
Of course you are. I would be suprsied if you were anything else. -

Im talking about too many simularities. Theres even direct movie lines that Dc copies from marvel like Ironman doesnt "play well with otheres" in SS capt boomerang is know not to "work well with otheres" WW boots look like Ironmans boots. Theres so many more. Im just tired of watching these DC movies fail. Coming from a DC fan this beep sucks! Why do you think every movie Marvel makes just brings in new and better things every movie and tv show. What the hell happend in BVS!!! They didnt even fight!! And why the hell did Batman call Superman a murder thru the whole movie then just because mommy is named Martha hes changed his mind?? Now im just blabbering

You're reaching even more than before now, and I didn't think that was possible. Let me guess, next you're going to say they're ripping off Marvel because their characters speak English and inhale oxygen?
