How would altering an event in 2000 alter such a thing in 1942?
flashpoint was an event that affected the past, the present and future. that includes ALL other parallel realities.
in the the comics in flashpoint arc bruce wayne died in the alley and his parents survived, and that happened long before barry became the flash thomas wayne became extremely cruel batman. -

Every other scientist in the US working on the bomb is on a secured base or under guard, especially the ones with knowledge to figure out how to develop the package itself.
They're suggesting Einstein (and of course the ex wife) possibly already knew or could very quickly figure out how to build one, and wasn't already locked down or being closely monitored by the US military.

And nowhere did they say he did.
The point was in this story both he and his wife COULD build one. He had government protection and security because he was a high importance scientist but she did not. By announcing she was equally involved in his work she would be given the same level of security, preventing the Nazi's from kidnapping her to build a bomb for them.
If you're going to complain about something like that then actually pay attention to what is happening first. -

His complaint was that Einstein had nothing to do with the making of the atomic bomb. His entire contribution was the famous mass energy conversion formula. The actual mechanism to make that theory a workable bomb took many scientists several years to figure out.
He said nothing about whatever it is you are going on about.

That's about 40% of what he accomplished ( add in gravity, the mechanics of light). I especially liked how they made him super duper hyper smart then dumbed him down in a couple minutes by suggesting his wife was the true heavyweight behind the scenes. And so octopus like in these days of Trump accusations aplenty. Agenda smells like agenda
