When they have a crossover episode is Diggle going to have a baby boy or baby girl like the original timeline?

It will be a little boy. Barry can't fix the timeline anymore so it looks like baby Sara is gone for good

Barry and now Felicity are the only ones who know of Sara's existence. So they will probably never talk about it again and the character of John Jr. will be written in as if he was always there. Actually they will have to say something there are people who just watch Arrow who will be very confused.

I hope when John Jr grows up , he doesn't have any gender identity crisis .
You know the stories about people said they feel like they are woman trapped in a man body and decides to have sex change operation.
It will be Barry's fault if John Jr ever get a sex change operation

Since season 1 Legends Of Tomorrow had that future episode in 2046 with Connor Hawke aka John Diggle Jr - this has to mean that the actions Barry caused after Flashpoint will probably in fact stay as is, right? Or not? Lol.
