I watched iron man 2 aeons ago but isnt hammer sent to jail or die or something? My point is his company must have been disolved so, except if the guns are kind of old and have been on the black market for quite a while it doesnt make sense.

it dependences on why he's in jail.also, he could possible have shareholder etc, so his liabilities might only be his liabilities.steve jobs created apple but was kicked out his company by its board members so anything is possible.

Yes, Justin Hammer is in jail. In SEAGATE PRISON to be exactthe SAME prison Luke escaped from. If you watch the Marvel One-Shot "All Hail the King" on the Thor 2 blu-ray, we actually see Justin Hammer in the same prison along with the fake Mandarin from Iron Man 3.
