An evil college girl-obsessed villain called the College Girl Man uses a machine to turn innocent people into beautiful college girls who he plans to use to take over the world. He turns the entire population of Metropolis into college girls. The Superfriends Superman, Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman rush to stop him but he turns all five of them into pretty college girls. The Wonder Twins and their space monkey Gleep try to stop him but he captures them and enlarges his machine to turn the entire world population into beautiful college girls. Can the Wonder Twins and Gleep escape, restore the other Super Friends back to normal, and stop the College Girl Man's evil plan?
