She doesn't understand the source material. They weren't created to stop Supes. (Even though Enchantress can destroy him) Waller was making a case for the government to use metahumans. There were some inaccurate things stated as well.

Was it explained why Waller's mission for the Squad was to save HER from enchantress when Enchantress is originally IN the squad?
Was it explained why Squad is accompanied by SWAT?
Was it explained why Waller doesn't ask Batman to help her?

Not explained but after some reflection (and perhaps some checking of related DC material) it becomes clear why
- it was necessary (for Waller) to not divulge the precise reasons for the mission, because otherwise it would give time for the team to evaluate whether it was worthwhile saving her or just themselves rather than take on an objectively real threat to all regardless of origin.
- it was recognized that without a complimentary military support team the SS would not probably successfully engage and destroy the threat facing them. First possible reason: It's the norm in many American action movies to involve a US military contingent because it serves as good copy/propaganda for the efforts of real world US military efforts directed at a US and global audience. Equally so, it's a popular meme in movies whereby "big firepower" is somewhat indicative of the "cavalry" coming to save the people. And more precisely its probably a quiet admission that it would not be believable to insert a group of crimes with mostly "small scale" powers into something akin to a warzone without military support. Their role is to act as a type of rapid leading attack force exploiting their aggressive tendencies and special tactics. No doubt this was also part of David Ayer "grounding the film in realism" and avoiding resorting to primarily superpowered action - not entirely sure though if this is a satisfying narrative strategy or not.
- it seems that Batman and Waller are on rather cool terms - he doesn't trust her nor her him. Maybe he has an idea about her ruthless nature towards human beings and how anyone may be disposable when necessary to her goals.
