For people who post this: did you invest in futures in the movies, meaning, you get a windfall if it goes way up or way down? I ask because your posts are so triumphant sounding. I'm wondering what you get out of it. I don't understand the extreme emotions involved.

Why is one good/normal and the other is terrible? Because you said so? You're grasping at straws. Lick your wounds and move on. The movie crushed your spirit by not flopping. Now you can't accept it so you're still trying to sling poo like a rabid chimp. Just give up, you lost.

Nothing but a shrill little troll looking for snacks in the form of angst in the form of angry responses to his post. Pathetic really. I kind of feel bad for people that are so uninteresting in reality, this is how they get their much needed attention.
That doesn't mean Suicide Squad is a slouch. The movie has now earned $465.4 million worldwide, including $222.9 million domestically and $242.5 million overseas, where it took in another $58.7 million over the weekend from 62 markets.
I am sure everyone involved in the film is very sad. -

Pete's Dragon was not expected to make money. Sausage Party may be a sleeper hit. History dictates that 67% is not good for week 2. This is August, a month with little competition.
67% drop in a month with no competition for a movie with major characters is not good. You can still like the film, but you'll be in the minority and not in a position to boast on said film.
keeps alive the weak, the stupid, the lazy that breed and multiply, weakening the human race -

Legs are important, not drops.

It has tiny legs, like a little Chihuahua.
Number 8 worldwide in this years boxoffice. What a failure.
