How realistic is this to actual black people from Harlem?

At this point, the black community in America can only improve if people are racist and tell you the truth.
Don't want to listen, keep wallowing in crap and see if anyone cares. You're a bunch of losers and trash.
Listen to this f@*king guy. Enjoy your 11$ dollar an hour job (if that) you f@*ing cavegoat.

I think the problem is that you're afraid IT MIGHT BE TRUE
I think your Crystal Ball has a crack in it. Might wanna get that looked at.

You're not telling the truth, you're expressing your opinion on what you think the truth is. Opinion =/= truth.
You're racist. You try to frame it as "honesty" and "real criticism" but it's your own personal prejudice and how you think that needs to be handled.
Such a small, narrow mind you have. -

I've worked in the hood for years, in one of the most dangerous cities in America.
Wanna come with me to work, you're more than welcome to.
IMDB can delete my comments, but what I said was the truth. Go enjoy your Pringles in mommy's basement punk, I don't care. Can't hide from the truth forever. -

Yes, I do know. No one has to take your word for it, they can go down there themselves and see what goes on.
I've talked to a lot of white people, suburbanites who work in the hood around these people. We don't even have to say much, we understand each other and how bad the people are down there. The ones that don't know are the ones who have never worked there or lived there. They believe all the baloney the media spews about blacks and how victimized they are. It pisses me off, it really does. It's all lies.
I've actually been to Harlem. It's a hellhole. You're not fooling anyone because some people put up a couple nice buildings in the middle of a nasty slum. I wonder what's going to happen to some of these places when the bubble pops, places in Brooklyn, Long Island City and Harlem? Poor people have to live somewhere, there aren't enough trust funders to go around. Spots in Harlem may be nice, but my overall impression was to get the hell out ASAP. -

I worked in Harlem once with about 100 coworkers nearly all white males. On the way there, all my coworkers were talking about how afraid they were. I pretended not to hear.
We were shutting down an historic institution and they thought black people would riot. Instead everyone was calm and patient. Some expressed real surprise at this. I told them these are poor people used to being told go sit down until it's your turn. And they did. Not a peep.
Within one week they were eating soul food breakfasts at the church across the street. Eating lunch at Sylvia's and playing the numbers with people on the street. And playing chess (a lot of black men love chess) and being beat (to their shock).
It was like they discovered America.
We were there for months, a year to the end. No one got mugged, beaten, or made dead.
Everyone made it through though 15lbs fatter and maybe learned that all kinds of people live there. We were on 125th street one block from the Apollo.
It was like they discovered America.
This reminds me something stupid Bill O'Reilly said after eating at Sylvia's. He was shocked that people were sitting quietly eating. He thought they would be screaming, bring me my food, b!tch and flinging food at each other.
Anyone who hadn't actually lived, worked, or visited Harlem is talking out of their butt and are not qualified to speak about Harlem. They know nothing. -

This post is so full of crap, it isn't funny. Do you sell real estate there?
Please don't tell people to do something they'll regret.
Oh yeah, these "poor people" always seem to have the newest and best cellphones, customized cars, frown on wearing the same outfit twice and like counting their wads of cash in front of you.
Real poor people? They're scorned and laughed at.
Why don't you tell us about all the murders down there, especially the recent ones?
I understand that you want to defend black people and this area, but please, don't sell people a pack of lies, especially foreigners, some of whom have gotten killed waltzing into these areas.
I work in the hood quite a bit. People from the hood come to my area quite a bit too. At every single place they like to frequent, like Denny's, Chuck-E-Cheese, the movie theater, they have to hire security guards because of their out of control behavior. These guards earn their money too.
Like I said people, if you want to side with her, find a job in the hood. Go move there. See what happens, thank me later when you flee the area. Thanks. -
