Paul would be great. He's a comic fan and needs redeeming after Spider-Man.
I'd also take Stephen Root, Michael Madsen or Dan Fogler.

No way
I don't want the character to have that much of a comedic effect. You don't have to splurge on fancy CGI effects and highly choreographed fight scenes in a Punisher series, so invest in some good actors to fill out the cast.
