Easily Paul Williams. That was the one thing I didn't like about this one, the fact that they excluded Williams.

I didn't like The penguin's voice in this film; I just couldn't get used to it (nothing against how David Ogden Stiers' voice in general, I just thought it was too much of a rapid departure from what Paul Williams brought to the table through previous episodes).

Paul Williams, although I do like David Ogden Stiers.
And all because the lady loves
