Her insubordination to the President has reached its limit.
She fumbled saying the nonexistent Epstein list was on her desk.
Now she's refusing to prosecute Trump's adversaries.

Using the Department of Justice to prosecute political opponents is widely considered an impeachable offense, fitting the constitutional standard of "high Crimes and Misdemeanors" as an abuse of presidential power. Abuse of power is a core grounds for impeachment because it violates the public trust and undermines the integrity of the democratic process.
        Legal and constitutional framework
Abuse of power: The Constitution's framers included impeachment to prevent a president from using their office for improper purposes, such as targeting political rivals. The Justice Department is intended to be independent of political influence to ensure the impartial application of the law.
Betrayal of public trust: The Justice Department must "follow the facts and the law wherever they may lead, without prejudice or improper influence". A president attempting to use the department to settle political scores would be using federal law enforcement as a weapon for personal gain, which is a fundamental betrayal of that public trust.
Historical precedent: The impeachment charge of "abuse of power" was famously leveled against President Richard Nixon. Articles were passed by the House Judiciary Committee, in part for Nixon's attempts to use government agencies to investigate political opponents, before he resigned.

They guy that didn't get impeached for a failed insurrection isn't too concerned about being impeached over any of that nonsense.
