Throughout the movie, everytime
JOHNNY
touches someone and switches powers with them, he doesn't touch anyone else until the reverse switch. Therefore, we don't know if this "illness" can make everyone switch with one another.

I liked the power-swapping being just among members of the Fantastic Four. They should have a unique connection from the cosmic storm.
In the movies, their connection isn't unique, because Doctor Doom was there too. But he should not have been, and I was OK with the movie ignoring that.
