Airing out of order?

Are they airing episodes out of order? Last week the team was still split and about to go against each other, and this week they were back together.
Also, when they introduced Ant-Man, wasn't it Pym? In today's episode it was Lang.

I feel like I missed something as well. Did they air another new episode on a different night again like a couple weeks ago and my DVR didn't pick it up? At the end of the last episode Fury had them going after Stark's Avengers team and now they're all back together with Ant-Man a part of the team as well?

that was definitely aired out of order. secret avengers was meant to come before ultron outbreak - you could tell from the storyline.
none of this makes sense.
