Martian Manhunter has already appeared in enough of these. I noticed John Henry Irons appears in this, so maybe STEEL could be brought in.

It feels like they're setting up Steelbut with all the success on CW, I'm very surprised they haven't used Green Arrow yet. In fact, I don't think he's been in a single movie.
That I can think of, just BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS PART II, though he's not really the Green Arrow anymore.

I could do without another origin story. Just jump to the JL and have the characters there, same way it was handled when JL became JLU and it didn't matter. We got to know the characters in the course of telling a story. And JL/JLU was better than any of these recent movies.

The Atom/Dr.Fate(don't think he was ever a JL member but he should be)/Elongated Man/Hawkman.
Would love to see Natasha Irons join up. In the DC Encyclopedia she has an armor suit design that Tony Stark would envy. -

Hawkwoman and Dr Fate!
While i understand, Zatanna would make the team have a magic caster like herself. her personality wouldn't suit the team core however. I feel this League is not the 2001 TV version, GL seems to be the only resident joker on the team so thats pretty much covered i reckon. But somebody masked and male like; Dr Fate who's magic is considerbly stronger in terms of tapping into the 'spiritual/mystic plane' and who's usually an oddball would give the group a powerful yet more mysterious member than even Batman who incredibly powerful and yet kinda creepy too. Dr Fate works where Zatanna would be too lighthearted and upbeat methinks.
While a another female on the team can be filled by Hawkwoman!
Extremely tough and resourceful, and also could stand up to Wonder Woman's overbearing royalty issues and her large ego and arrogance at times. She's be great to add to the DTV Justice League films. And i'd love it if she lent her Nth Metal; 'Mace' to Superman or Captain Marvel and they with their massive strength; clobbered a uber powerful villain as such etc.
Yeah i reckon Hawkwoman and Dr Fate would be neat additions to the JL in these animated films.
I'd love for MM to be the next JL member but his huge powerlevels would make the team filled with the likes of; The Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Captain Marvel to be way too much i think??!
