About my only gripe with this show is how bland and cliche the opening is. Wish they'd done something much different tha

Different strokes for different folks, but I personally preferred the original intro-the animation and music grew on me as the series progressed, especially after I figured out how to connect the lyrics to certain Avengers:
Our world's about to break
Tormented and attacked
-Bruce Banner tormented by the Incredible Hulk
Lost from when we wake
-Steve Rogers waking from a freeze to find himself lost in another time
With no way to go back
-Thor's arrogance causing him not to go back to Asgard
I'm standing on my own
-Tony Stark initially insisting that he can fight crime on his own
But now I'm not alone
-After the founding of the Avengers, none of these heroes have to fight crime or their personal struggles alone
Avengers, assemble!
I thought the second version tried too hard to shill Nick Fury, Iron Man, Thor, the Incredible Hulk, and Captain America.
I like most of those guys as much as the next Marvel fan does, but since each of them made a prolonged absence or disappearance during the second season, it sounds possibly misleading to say their names at the beginning of every episode. -

I really enjoyed this show and have also enjoyed the justice league version too
I've heard wolverine and the x men is a good show so I might check that out but haven't heard of any other good shows with similar levels of quality.
I've heard avengers assemble is terrible is this true? -

i prefer this version to avengers assemble, i prefer the team membership and the voice acting is much better. i would not say assemble is terrible, rather it is very different to emh and takes some getting used to. the first season grew on me. i have not watched any of s2 of avengers assemble yet though.
before we get started, does anyone want to get out?
