Ay yo dawg. He be dat doe day dere." Oh no. Now I actually like the premise of different people describing similar events in their own way. This is a really cool literary technique that isn't often done. Each child's imagination focuses on a certain aspect of Batman, often exaggerating it. His quickness exaggerated in to smoke, his gadgets making him seem robotic, his flying making him seem like an actual animaletc. However, the animation sucked a fat one from pretty much beginning to end. Batman looked like he was staring into a funhouse mirror. The characters and the environments didn't seem to interact very well. Those two caught in the Crossfire would have clearly been shredded to blood pulp. Alfred looked like Commissioner Gordon and Bruce looked like Robin. The Indian guru flashback had potential, but then it just turned into some cliche. The sniper was a total bada55 but wasn't given enough screen time to build to anything. None of the stories were. Now keep in mind I have never seen ANY of the animated movies or shows, and my friend said I should. So I watched Mask of the Phantasm followed by Under the Red Hood followed by this crappy one. I think that may be why I didn't enjoy it because the first 2 I saw were pretty cool. Under the Red Hood was almost hard core. I was surprised at the mild language and Robin's awesome argument against Bruce about keeping the Joker alive all these years.

I haven't seen Under The Red Hood yet, waiting to finish this one first, but I agree, I can't get into it. Really disliking the animation style. It's terrible compared to all of the other TV series and movies that I've seen.
EDIT: It was getting better with each segment, wasn't that bad in the end.
      That'll put

      pie plate,
