Just want to correct something that people have been saying on here about Damian not being able to beat Deathstroke and Ubu. Here is one of the main reason's why he can beat either of them:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damian_Wayne
Damian's origin is unknown to Batman. Genetically perfected and grown in an artificial womb, Damian was intended to be a formidable warrior. He is raised by Talia and the League of Assassins. He becomes a talented martial artist by the time he is a pre-teen, at which time Talia reveals Damian's existence to Bruce Wayne and leaves him in Batman's custody in an effort to disrupt Batman's work.
For the record Damien also knew business very well regarding Argentina in that office scene. And why he could climb the mountain at four years of age and survive a fall that broke his wristand still complete that mission. Clearly his more perfected genes give him the ability to retain memory and figure things out easily at an age that his father can't even match when he was his age.
Still a bit ridiculous about how Ra's seems to somehow stop all those magazines automatic fire though. Unless maybe he genetically modified himselfor the Lazurus Pits improved his genes? Can't say. But it could be possible.

It still seems to be a reach that 10 year-old Damian can hold his own against Deathstroke's enhanced abilities.

I am not quite certain as to how enhanced Deathstroke is in the New 52 reboot compared to before that continuity.
There was nothing on Wiki about that oddly enough.
But Deathstroke did lose his eye recently. Note that he shot his gun at Damien in that cave scene and missed him. Granted in animated movies and shows I have seen it a million timesand this is the only time that I can remember why it made perfect sense why Deathstroke missed Damien.
So if Deathstroke missed him because he had lost one eye then the assassin may not be up 100% during the final fight with Damien. Since he isnt used to having just one eye during the recent gouging.
So from a comic book logic that would give Damien an edge over Deathstroke.

Okay, it looks like Slade does not have metahuman abilities in this story. Also, I see that in their first fight Damian took on Deathstroke indirectly, using his smaller size to make feints and dodges, and immobilizing Slade by bringing a structure down on top of him. That is how a weaker opponent beatts a more powerful one.

That's one of the things that makes this a bad adaptation. They basically gave superpower's to Batman's son, and took away the super abilities that the villain (who was never the villain in the original story) is supposed to have.

I was unaware of Damian's enhancement. In his first fight with Slade, he was knocked back in one of their sword clashes and I was ahppy to see that it looked like they were going to give a more "realistic" depliction of an adult fighting a child (in the sense of a much smaller, lighter, and weaker fighter no going head-to-head with his opponent). Then Batman had to go and try to fight Croc and get his butt whooped for it (WTF?). Damian tries this with everyone, including Slade after Damian gets both forearms stabbed straight through. I do take a little glee in the fact that he gets beaten by Dick.

                http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deathstroke#Deathstroke
It actually states it in the New 52 section of the Wiki that while in the Army and in Team 7 he was injured badly and was given an operation that enhanced his abilities:
"Deathstroke's altered origin is introduced in Deathstroke #0. The fact that he participated in the military at 16 and met Adeline has not changed. Already a legend in the army, Slade was drafted into Team 7 and went on many missions. In one mission, Slade was gravely injured and had to go under an operation that enhanced his abilities, making him virtually a super-human"
The New 52 hasn't changed much of the characters, mostly just a few changes to origin and personality (such as how Superman is more at one with his Kryptonian side vs how he was normally more human and learning about his Kryptonian side). Apart from that their abilities so far are the same.
Even so, this comic was written before the New 52 was out so they took Deathstroke, made him a weak wuss and allowed Damien to beat him like Batman vs a normal person. Even Batman can't beat Deathstroke easily, it takes a lot of planning that even Deathstroke can outwit Batman at.
It was a bad choice as Damien would never, in cannon, be able to beat Deathstroke even with his enhanced abilities.

It wouldn't matter if he was genetically perfected. Or if he was perfectly trained.
