that this film had come along in 2011 when Odyssey was published, it would've been awesome to see that outfit.

really sick of the swimsuit, can't believe they brought it back for New 52 😧
but still, I thought this was a good feature - it tried to do too much in some places (invisible jet wasn't really needed, new viewers would've been pretty confused about that) but it was good. Happy to see WW in her own feature, we need more! don't want to wait so long for another that it has to be an origin story all over again.

That odyssey personage is Not ~WW~. I have no idea who that hipster biker chick is, but its not Diana. She is annoying & I dont want to see any more of her, please dont post more links to that personage.
The Cloaked Stealth Jet, IS a part of ~WW~.
The Motion Picture Live-Action Film, will have to be an Origin, its never been done before.

It doesn't matter if if the jet "IS" part of it. New viewers who won't know any of Wonder Woman's history will just think "Where the beep did that invisible jet come from?" it's not introduced or explained in any way, it just shows up for a scene and that's it. It's kinda pointless for this feature.
Anyway, I'm sorry you don't like the Odyssey outfit, She simply looks more of a badass instead of a team member of the USA Olympic swimming team.

Not a huge fan of that look. I respect what it's trying to do, but very little about it says "Wonder Woman" to me. Looks more like someone trying to update Black Canary. I agree that Diana needs pants or at the very least an outfit that doesn't look like a wardrobe malfunction is inevitable while fighting, but it has to look like her. Stars, a red shirt and tiara do not a Wonder Woman costume make.
As for the New 52. What I can't believe is that they originally were going to giver her pants, and the look even made it to early versions of some covers, but they backed out for. reasons.

The Invisible Jet didn't make sense in any of the previous versions until the 1990's, when they wrote in the Alien Artifact angle.
It made no sense when she was introduced in 1941 that an Isle of Ancient Greek & Roman Woman with no modern technology had an airplane. It was never explained in the TV show either as it also made no sense. It's a whole suspend your disbelief aspect.
