I agree. At first I didn't think I was gonna like the show cause I thought it was gonna be that same old brooding Batman, but after watching a few episodes I was hooked. Not only did it have great action but it was funny! I say Bat-Freaks ruined it not fanboys, cause as a fanboy I loved all the references and obscure villains and heroes the show offered. This show is one of the main reasons I can now tolerate Aquaman.
Something tells me the people of earth are gonna need me. -

Sorry, but a true fanboy would appreciate Aquaman from his excellent stories in the past, especially Steve Skeates and Jim Aparo's run, and would have bided their time while various people tried to revamp him into Namor, instead of presenting the character that was popular to begin with.

I was never truly a Aquaman fan so I had no interest to go back and read his past stories, but you make a damn good point and it wasn't that I didn't appreciate him it just I was turned off by some of his lame stories. Now I like him a lot more than I used to and would love to see an Aquaman movie and game done right, cause it could be pretty cool. I'll also go back and read those past stories you suggested.
