I forgot to place revenge there on the list but I've finished it already as well. Homeland and The River was also really short. I can't wait for Spartacus to come back for more gory action.
I wonder why the networks release their awesome shows all at the same time. Wouldn't it be wise to air you show if the other networks are having their own shows in hiatus? -

Supernatural? The first 3 seasons are really good. I mention it because you said Grimm, I haven't watched Grimm but people often compare the 2.

no one's mentioned it yet, so i'm going to throw an oldie but goody out there: teen titans.
it has some amazing story arcs, and coupled with the movie (trouble in tokyo) it has some great resolution as well.
another oldie but goody is reboot, by mainframe. it ends on a cliffhanger, but there's a webcomic that wraps the story up nicely.
ending was kinda cheap >.< other then that i enjoyed it all
