Did someone break Emma Frost's nose one episode? I seem to remember her holding her nose saying it was broken during a fight.

Yes. It was a very (maybe unintentionally) funny scene. It was in the episode where The Brotherhood infiltrated the mansion. It was Pietro who broke her nose, I think.
