Killed Mercy. The only reason I didn't like this is because in future Superman movies she is going to be brought back for no reason, just shows up, despite being shot in the head by Lex. Don't get me wrong, it was a shocking scene, it worked, but in the end it won't mean anything. Then again, Mercy is a very dedicated employee to Lex, a shot to the head shouldn't keep her from her duties.

Actually, it has no real bearing on any future installments of the DC animated movie line. They are all (with the exception of the Superman/Batman movies) self-contained in their own little universe. There is no continuity between them.
