There should be the fans have waited long enough. Also all the other DCU show have them but not Static Shock or Zeta Project.

No kidding! I've written a letter, but shrugs Perhaps if we all send an email or something? I mean, it won't do much but it might remind them that fans still exist

Yeah. There have been discussions on this at the SS message board at TV.com. It would be cool to have a full Static Shock DVD boxset. I think the show really does deserve it, at least.

It looks like WB will not be releasing Static Shock season sets anytime soon. Home Theatre Forum had an online chat with Warner Bros. over their plans for more TV/DVDs and WB said "The single disc Static Shock release had disappointing sales and further releases are unlikely." Well what does Warner Bros expect? Thery released a single DVD NOT a complete season or volume. Nobody wants to waste money on a DVD that has only 6 episodes. WB SHOULD KNOW THAT!!!! That's ok for children 7 or younger but anyone older wants a COMPLETE SET!
The best things we can do to get this show on DVD is to vote for it on TvShowsOnDvd.com. OR wrire Warner Home Video and tell them how you feel.

I didnt even know that it had been released on DVD
I was incredibly lucky and found it in a pawn shop for the lovely price of $5.
                  I was very happy =D
Now I just wish that the rest of the episodes would come out, especially the ones with the justice league members

Volume 2 was made. Dwayne McDuffie recorded commentary for it and confirmed a second volume for Static Shock. However with so many dvds that are released for shows no longer on the air or in syndication. No promotion=low sells. That's why you don't see White Shadow season 3, Living Single 2-6, Boy Meets World 4-7 (although season 4 was set to come out).

                      This show
                      NEEDS
to be completely released on DVD! This show is way better than the over promoted and overated Teen Titans and The Batman. All of the DCAU is available on DVD except Static Shock. Why? I'm not one to pull out the race card but is it because Static is black? That's the unfortunate reason the show was cancelled. In my opinion it's nice to see a DC related show that doesn't feature Batman or Superman as the main character(s). That why I will buy the upcoming "The Zeta Project" DVD set and a hopefully comming soon Static Shock DVD.
