I'm trying to find the actor who played Dr. Jonathan Crane in (I think) one episode of the series I'm not sure of the episode's exact title, but I'm pretty sure it was in the first season, and the general plot of the episode was something along the lines of Scarecrow releasing a toxin into the air that dulled everybody's fear so fatal danger's weren't apparent to them. Would anybody happen to know who that voice actor was?

Jeffery Combs played the Scarecrow in "Never Fear".

I think Jeffery Combs was better than the older actor.This voice was very dark and creepy.the voice really fits his new look too.

The new Scarecow was much much better than the BTAS version. It looked creepy, sounded creepy, acted creepy. I wish this design had appeared in Batman Begins.
